Each year, publishers and designers from across the world put forward titles that showcase just how impactful games can be in learning and life.
This year’s awards were no exception. With entries across a wide range of categories, the judging panel, made up of educators, families, staff and people of all ages, had the tough task of narrowing down the shortlist and selecting winners. Every game entered brought something unique.

📚 Special Mentions
This year, we also want to shine a spotlight on the Cross Curriculum Award. This award celebrates games that connect learning across multiple subject areas in meaningful ways. While we saw some fantastic entries across the board, we didn’t feel any fully met the high standard this award demands in 2025.
We know there are games out there ready to rise to this challenge, and we encourage creators to consider entering in September when submissions for the Imagination Gaming Awards 2026 open.
