Esdevium Games

Ghostel is a semi-cooperative family game for 2-4 players that plays in 60 minutes.

Prey on the phobias of guests by turning into their worst nightmares. Work with other ghosts to combine forces, and scare away the hardiest of hotel patrons to earn upgrades and get even scarier!

The randomised guest and dice roll mechanic means each round is different from the next, but there’s more than luck to winning the game.

Here's what the creators of Ghostel, had to say about the game!

1. What does the game involve?

Ominoes is a dice tactics game for everyone. Players aim to collect groups of 4 or more of their favoured Egyptian God symbol – Apep the snake, Horus the falcon, Khepri the beetle or Ra the sun. Each turn a player rolls an Ominoe – the face it shows means the player moves a matching Ominoe on the board 3 spaces and then the rolled Ominoe is placed. So, roll a snake, move a snake, add a snake. You can be moving your own plies, or your opponents!

A game of stacking, stretching, and mixing-up words to score points to win! But beware, you may get sabotaged by your opponents! A family game where kids can play (and win) fair and square against the adults.

13 Ghosts

13 Ghosts is a microgame for 2-4 players in which each player tries to find the ghost hidden in the opponent's crypt. The game consists of thirteen ghost cards (provided in two sets for use in four-player games), each with a number from 1 to 13 and a special ability.

Colour Chess + Lure

An abstract strategy game that sees you not only controlling your own pieces, but also determining a lot of your opponent's piece movements through the control of colors.

Colour Chess + Lure are played on the same board but with different pieces and goals. Or you can combine the two!

Colour Chess keeps the standard rules of chess but adds a second layer of strategy based on the board's colours. This removes a lot of the standard openings of chess and means you have to adapt your strategy to the board each time you play.
